Off The Fence - Community Support

As a Brighton-based charity Off The Fence relies heavily on the support of the local community. Maybe you belong to a squash or golf club, youth group or drama society - if so, we would really appreciate your support. Why not hold your own fundraising event or support the events that we organise such as the Swim Gala. Not only do such events provide vital financial support they also enable your club or organisation to have a lot of fun.

LOCAL SCHOOLS AND COLLEGES

Off The Fence benefits greatly from the fundraising efforts of local students and teachers. Thanks to their creativity and hard work we have recieved significant contributions towards our annual income.

There are lots of ways for schools and colleges to support Off The Fence. If you are a student or a teacher and would like to support the charity you could...

* Run special events such as non-uniform days, fancy dress days, sports days or sponsored activities.

* You could take collections or proceeds from ticket sales at plays, concerts etc, which are already a part of your school calendar.

* Invite us to speak about our work or host a stall at your summer fete, open day, freshers fair or other event.

Our staff can support your efforts by providing lots of fun ideas and advice for events, publicity, official sponsorship forms, collection boxes and so on. If you would like to find out more about how your school or college can help us in some way, please contact contact the office (01273) 423000 or email office@offthefence.org.uk
